Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Production Manager II to lead the plant production team, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. The role focuses on improving quality, yields, and cost control while developing future leaders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in high-speed beverage manufacturing, lean tools experience, and strong people management skills; a related degree is preferred and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; related undergrad degree preferred.
• 5+ years in high-speed beverage/manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, GMP, and PPE policies.
• Lead and develop Plant Production team; plan and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues; manage downtime reductions.
• Conduct daily meetings with direct reports and provide training.
• Develop and communicate department budget and long-term plans.
• Support Safety Committee goals and culture.
