Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Production Manager II to drive production at our facility in Michigan. You will lead the Plant Production team, ensure safety, quality, and cost targets, and collaborate across departments to improve yield and efficiency.
This role requires strong leadership and hands-on manufacturing expertise in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, experience with lean principles, and capable communication to guide a diverse team
Qualificações
- Minimum 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing
- Knowledge of SQF/HACCP standards optional
- Experience leading teams and budget involvement
Responsabilidades
- Drive and manage production to meet safety, quality, and cost targets
- Lead and develop Plant Production team and ensure KPI achievement
- Coordinate with departments to improve yields and reduce downtime
- Conduct training and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement energy and waste reduction strategies
- Prepare and manage annual department budget and long-term planning
- Back up Plant Leadership as needed
