Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks an experienced Production Manager II to lead the Plant Production team, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and develop future leaders. You will manage daily operations, coordinate with departments, and ensure GMPs, SQF, HACCP compliance while achieving KPIs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Undergraduate degree in a related field, focus on Operations Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, GMPs and PPE requirements.
• Ensure food quality/safety per SQF/HACCP standards.
• Lead and direct personnel actions including hiring and performance management.
• Provide training, direction and evaluations.
• Plan performance, staff development and recruitment; may contribute to pay recommendations.
• Conduct daily meetings with direct reports to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with all departments to improve quality and efficiency.
• Read and adhere to production schedules; communicate deviations.
• Reduce downtime and improve yields; maintain process discipline.
• Perform routine maintenance and GEMBA walks.
• Support safety initiatives and Refresco values.
• Develop energy and waste minimization strategies.
• Participate in budget and long-term planning.
