Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Manager Maintenance II to lead maintenance activities, ensure preventive upkeep of the plant and equipment, and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.

The role reports to the Plant Director and aims to maximize production capacity by minimizing downtime. The position requires 8–10 years in management within a food/beverage manufacturing context, proficiency in SAP/Excel, and strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs and PPE requirements.
• Lead and direct the work of other employees; manage hiring and performance.
• Provide training, direction and conduct performance evaluations.
• Improve manufacturing processes and eliminate bottlenecks; document SOPs.
• Coordinate with engineering on new product launches and process changes.
• Oversee contractors for non-engineering projects; ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and records; ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, environmental).
• Develop strategies to reduce downtime and optimize costs; ensure reliability of plant equipment.
