Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as Six Sigma or Kaizen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and ensure efficient production processes.
• Maintain quality standards and manage costs while leading personnel.
• Direct supervision through managers and supervisors with performance reviews.
• Lead safety, GMP, SQF compliance and environmental programs.
• Drive process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Communicate goals and performance to management with regular reports.
