Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field.
• 10+ years leadership experience in food and beverage manufacturing or similar.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, SQF, HAACP and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and ensure efficient production.
• Lead personnel decisions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (OSHA/EHS).
• Manage budgets and control costs while meeting customer requirements.
