Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment, lead a shift of team members, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.

The role focuses on improving yields, reducing downtime, and maintaining accurate production records. You will coordinate with multiple departments, conduct trainings, and manage shift schedules while upholding GMP/HACCP requirements and a strong safety culture on the

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred for advanced roles.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, beverage experience preferred.
• SAP experience is a strong asset; familiarity with GMP/HACCP is useful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Supervise personnel to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and safety policies.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency; monitor downtime and yields.
• Provide training and cross-training to ensure schedules are met within budget.
