Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks a District Manager to oversee Alaska sales objectives, guiding Sales Representatives and Associates to drive growth and ensure execution of plans.

You will train staff, manage promotions, and develop retailer relationships while maintaining a deep knowledge of beer, non-alcoholic beverages and market trends. Expect travel, full-time hours, and incentives; compensation varies by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; Fleet Safety policy.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Preferred: 5 years beverage sales experience and 3 years sales management.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
• Manage inventory expenses in accordance with policy.
• Educate and train employees to ensure execution of goals and priorities.
• Interact with internal departments, suppliers and customers respectfully.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff.
