Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a District Manager to direct and guide sales teams, ensuring execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives across assigned accounts in Anchorage, AK. You will oversee merchandising, promotions, and customer relationships while driving distribution growth and industry knowledge.

The role requires 5+ years in beverage sales and 3+ years in sales management, with a valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred.
• Five years beverage industry sales experience preferred.
• Three years sales management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and distribution goals by executing business objectives and initiatives.
• Manage inventory expenses per policy.
• Train and support staff to execute company goals.
• Interact with internal departments, suppliers and customers.
• Sell and merchandise Columbia Distributing portfolio in accounts.
