Job summary

Columbia Distributing in Fairbanks, AK seeks a District Manager to lead sales execution across the territory and guide a team of Sales Representatives and Sales Associates. You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives, manage inventory costs, and train staff to align with company priorities.

You will build relationships with customers and suppliers, maintain knowledge of account decision makers, and generate sales reports for leadership. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.

Responsibilities
