Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a District Manager to drive sales and distribution across Alaska. You will supervise Sales Representatives and Sales Associates, train staff, and execute objectives to expand our portfolio in key accounts.

The role emphasizes accountability, strong communication, and the ability to manage promotions and inventory while building strategic relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and distribution goals by executing business objectives and initiatives.
• Manage inventory expenses per company policy.
• Educate and train employees to execute company priorities.
• Interact with internal departments, suppliers and customers.
• Develop knowledge of decision makers in each account.
• Prepare reports and numbers for the sales team.
