Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks a District Manager to oversee sales goals across the territory, guiding Sales Representatives and Sales Associates to meet monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.

The role requires leadership in staff development, account management, and execution of retail promotions while maintaining industry knowledge in beer and non-alcoholic categories. Travel to customer accounts is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years beverage industry sales/experience in sales management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee achievement of sales goals and distribute targets across territory.
• Supervise and train Sales Representatives and Sales Associates.
• Manage inventory expenses per policy and coordinate with internal departments.
• Develop and execute retail promotions and ensure merchandise reflects Columbia Distributing portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of accounts, decision makers and market trends.
