Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a District Manager to oversee sales goals across a defined territory in Juneau, Alaska. You will guide sales reps, manage inventories, and align activities with company initiatives to maximize performance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in beverage sales or related leadership, and a valid driver's license. You will report to the General Manager or Sales Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred with leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and distribution goals by executing objectives and initiatives.
• Manage inventory expenses per company policy and budgets.
• Train and supervise staff to meet company priorities.
• Maintain relationships with accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare reports, plans, trackers and market surveys as required.
• Sell and merchandise Columbia Distributing portfolio across accounts.
• Drive promotions and monitor market trends and competition.
