Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Benefits Account Executive to lead complex client programs, manage producer relationships, and coordinate renewal negotiations. You will oversee vendor relationships, develop marketing binders, and guide account teams to deliver superior client service.

The role requires experience with fully-insured benefits, wellness programs, and bilingual Spanish is a major plus. Extensive travel may be involved to meet client needs and renewals across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; RHU/CEBS CE path or equivalent is desirable.
• 7+ years of midmarket Account Executive experience preferred; strong program design knowledge.
• Ability to travel to meet client service needs; bilingual Spanish is a major plus.
• Experience with fully-insured benefit products, wellness programs, and carrier/vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with Producers and vendors to manage client insurance programs.
• Lead renewal bid/RFP strategy and carrier negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Develop communications, stewardship reports, and market binders per timelines.
• Provide leadership and direction to junior staff and coordinate client meetings and presentations.
