Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to support client onboarding, renewals and day-to-day benefit operations. You will enter client data, analyze plans, and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate quotes and timely updates.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Account Executives, marketing and compliance tasks, and delivering excellent service to employer groups while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 24–36 months of experience in an Assistant Account Manager role.
• Bilingual Spanish is a major plus.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and client service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter client data into Benefit Point and update rates and plans as required.
• Provide support for Account Executive and respond to benefit questions.
• Assist bSwift team with client website setup.
• Coordinate workflows and prepare enrollment materials.
• Create and manage RFPs and marketing binders.
• Compile and submit data/reports to carriers and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Part D disclosures and annual notices.
• Expand technical skills through Bisys courses and EBIA CE programs.
