Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency seeks a seasoned Client Services professional to oversee benefit programs for small to mid-size clients. You will coordinate with Producers, Account Managers, and carriers, lead renewal negotiations, and manage client communications and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in benefits account management, RHU/GBA/CEBS CE path, and strong vendor coordination. Travel as needed to service clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Maintain Group 1 License.
• 3–5 years of small market Benefits Account Executive/Account Manager experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and speak professionally in front of others.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact with the Producer for client service delivery and coordination.
• Manage renewal bid/RFP strategy and carrier negotiations for clients.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of client communications and marketing binders.
• Delegate tasks to Account Manager and outsourcing teams while maintaining documentation.
