You will drive marketing with carriers, coordinate plan documents, and deliver benchmarking data while ensuring a seamless client experience across departments. A drive for excellence, humility, and integrity is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health insurance license.
• 5+ years of experience in Benefits preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management, marketing techniques, and funding mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests with customers and carriers.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, including negotiations and preparing materials.
• Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved coverage.
• Update customer information in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
