Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency seeks an experienced Account Executive to manage complex client insurance programs, renewals, and vendor negotiations. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate with producers, and lead a team to deliver comprehensive benefits solutions.

The role requires midmarket account management experience, a Group 1 License, and willingness to travel. Bilingual Spanish is a major plus; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Account Executive experience preferred.
• 5-7 years of midmarket account executive experience preferred.
• Maintain Group 1 License.
• Bilingual Spanish a major plus.
• Ability to travel to meet client service needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact with the Producer and coordinate with the client.
• Negotiate with carriers on cost and program design; manage renewal bid/RFP strategy.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of marketing binders and market spreadsheets; monitor vendor performance.
• Develop stewardship reports and prepare materials for client meetings and communications.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
