Qualifications

• 4+ years in the employee benefits industry or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of group insurance products and regulatory issues.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and agency management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of employee benefits services.
• Oversee benefit enrollment periods and day-to-day service issues.
• Maintain documentation of client interactions and guidance on welfare plans.
