Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency seeks a proactive Client Services professional in Fayetteville, AR to manage larger, complex accounts and lead client interactions. You will coordinate with Producers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive benefit programs and timely communications.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance, renewal negotiations, and strong problem solving, with travel as needed and a focus on superior client service within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; internal 2-3 years of Account Executive experience preferred.
• External minimum of 5-7 years of midmarket Account Executive experience preferred.
• Demonstrated participation in RHU, GBA or CEBS CE path; travel ability required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact with the Producer and vendors to manage client insurance programs.
• Oversee renewal bid/RFP strategy and carrier/vendo r negotiations on clients’ behalf.
• Develop and deliver client communications, stewardship reports, and market analyses.
• Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely delivery to producers.
• Ensure compliance with SPD, Admin and HIPAA/ERISA guidelines and check client policies.
• Mentor other team members and support training within the Client Services group.
