Pharmaceutical Company in Exton, PA is seeking a Regional Benefits Operations Senior Analyst to administer US employee benefits and drive process improvements. The role partners with HR, Payroll, HRIT, and vendors to ensure accurate benefits data, enrollment, and reporting in a large corporate environment.

The hybrid position requires 6–8+ years of benefits administration experience, strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits and retirement plans, and proficiency with Workday or Oracle

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of US employee benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits.
• Experience with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and ADA.
• Excel skills with VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Experience with Workday or Oracle Cloud HR.
• Experience with ADP and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer US employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life and disability.
• Support 401(k) and retirement plan administration and retiree medical enrollment.
• Coordinate annual benefits enrollment activities and communications.
• Investigate and resolve complex benefits issues related to eligibility and payroll deductions.
• Reconcile benefits data, vendor invoices, spending account funding, and eligibility files.
• Analyze benefits data and prepare reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Partner with benefits vendors, Payroll, HRIT, and HR business partners to resolve discrepancies and improve service delivery.
• Maintain benefits portal content and communicate plan or policy updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced employee experience.
• Support benefits-related projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
