Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration, benefits operations, total rewards, HR operations, or related function.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Experience with benefit vendors, recordkeepers, third-party administrators, payroll teams, and HR systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the funding process from payroll systems to vendors for U.S. and Puerto Rico 401(k) plans, including analysis and reconciliation.
• Monitor benefit data feeds, eligibility files, payroll deductions, vendor reports, and system outputs for accuracy.
• Support annual enrollment activities, including third-party enrollment testing, employee communications, benefit fairs, and post-enrollment audits.
• Assist with audits, regulatory filings, plan document updates, required notices, and other compliance deliverables.
• Prepare reports and financial data analyses to support benefit operations and leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy and employee experience.
• Maintain and enhance SOPs, controls, and audit-ready records.
