Job summary

Symbotic seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst to administer and improve employee benefit programs across the US and globally. You will analyze data, manage enrollments, and collaborate with vendors and HR Operations to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.

The role requires 5+ years in benefits, strong Excel, and HRIS experience, with a hybrid schedule based in Wilmington, MA. Travel up to 10% may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Finance.
• 5+ years of related benefits experience.
• Experience with health, retirement, leave programs and HIPAA/ERISA knowledge.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day US/global benefit programs including medical, dental, vision and retirement.
• Manage enrollment, eligibility, life events and benefit transactions.
• Analyze utilization, support budgeting, renewals, and improvements.
• Lead open enrollment planning, testing and employee education.
