Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join the Benefits team in Wilmington, MA. This role administers U.S. and global benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement, ensuring accurate enrollment and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze utilization, support budgeting and renewals, and lead open enrollment with HRIS, payroll, and vendors. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of benefits experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience administering employee benefit programs (health, retirement, disability, or leaves).
• Working knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and Section 125.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations for U.S. and global benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness, leaves).
• Manage enrollment, eligibility, qualifying life events, benefit transactions, and vendor file transmissions.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee, system, and vendor issues.
• Analyze benefit utilization and program effectiveness; support budgeting, forecasting, renewals, and process-improvement activities.
• Serve as operational contact for vendors, brokers, and consultants.
• Support regulatory compliance, testing, filings, and plan documentation maintenance.
• Lead open enrollment planning, testing, communications, and employee education with HRIS and payroll.
