Job summary

Medix™ is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst in Kettering, Ohio, to manage and improve our employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of benefits compliance and vendor management. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and enhancing employee benefits experiences.

With a bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, you will lead projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related role.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local benefits laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee day-to-day operations of group benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state benefits laws.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits enrollment.
• Manage relationships with benefits carriers and vendors.
• Analyze benefits utilization, enrollment, and claims data.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in benefits administration software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
