Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Manager, Benefits Operations to lead a team of Benefits Operations associates responsible for development, processing and transmission of benefits enrollment and eligibility data files.

Your leadership will ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and strong client partnerships across vendors. The role emphasizes data transformation for clients’ vendors, collaboration with Product Development and Global Security, and mentoring staff to drive engagement and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of related implementation, account management, or operational experience with benefits, human resources information system and/or system implementation.
• Ability to manage client service of high complexity with multiple applications.
• A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
• Military Experience. We recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences Veterans bring to the table.

Responsibilities

• Be a Leader: provide overall direction, prioritize critical issues, establish partnerships, and support the team to meet deadlines and quality goals.
• Mentor and Train: develop team members’ careers, provide feedback, and coordinate training with leadership support.
• Support our Clients: engage with clients, address escalated issues, monitor actions and coordinate with product areas for best practices.
• Flex and Adapt: manage priorities, multi-task, and drive initiatives to automate or streamline work.
