Job summary

Protos Security is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead benefits administration and compliance for a multi-state workforce. You will oversee ADP Workforce Now Benefits, manage plan design, and ensure accurate payroll deductions and reporting.

You’ll coordinate with brokers and vendors, drive annual Open Enrollment, and support M&A benefit activities, with a focus on data integrity and employee support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7 years of progressive experience administering employee benefit programs, preferably in a multi-state environment.
• CEBS or CBP Certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated experience serving as the primary administrator of ADP Workforce Now Benefits or a comparable HRIS platform.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the ADP Workforce Now Benefits module and related system configurations.
• Configure, maintain, and administer all employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, FSA/HSA, and retirement plans.
• Process elections, qualifying life events, hires, transfers, and terminations with compliance.
• Audit deductions and reconcile carrier invoices for accuracy and timely resolution.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment activities and communicate with employees.
• Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to ensure data accuracy and service quality.
