You will guide a team through complex benefits operations, mentor staff, and engage with clients to resolve issues while driving process improvements and automation initiatives within a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of related implementation or operational experience with benefits.
• Ability to manage complex client service with multiple applications.
• Experience with data transformation and ETL tools is a plus.
