Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of related implementation, account management, or operational experience with benefits, human resources information system and/or system implementation.
• Ability to manage client service of high complexity with multiple applications.
• A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.

Responsibilities

• Be a Leader: provide overall direction, prioritize critical issues, establish partnerships and support your team to complete work accurately and on time.
• Mentor and Train: ensure team knows expectations, remove obstacles, grow team members' strengths and provide coaching.
• Support our Clients: represent ADP with clients, address escalated issues, and coordinate with other ADP product areas to deliver coordinated service.
