ADP is seeking a Sr. Manager, Benefits Operations to lead a team focused on benefits enrollment data processing and file transmission. The role emphasizes data transformation for client vendors, cross-functional collaboration, and strong client satisfaction as a key measure of success.
You will guide a team through complex benefits operations, mentor staff, and engage with clients to resolve issues while driving process improvements and automation initiatives within a structured environment.
In this role, you will lead a team of Benefits Operations associates who are responsible for ensuring the successful development, processing and transmission of benefits enrollment and eligibility data files. Given the criticality of this function, your team will need to establish strong partnerships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to ensure data is transformed for clients’ vendors as required for successful benefits administration. In addition, your team will provide support for business migration needs between tools, protocols, and standards set by ADP Product Development and the Global Security Organization.
To thrive in this role, you will need to set strong goals and challenge your team to achieve them. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for your team and clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud. We also have a healthy dose of fun. Not only can you find a career here but friendships that last in a company that values inclusion.
Be a Leader: You will provide overall direction, prioritize critical issues, establish strong partnerships and support your team to ensure that work is completed accurately and with quality according to scheduled deadlines, priorities, and overall goals. You will serve as a resource for your team, based on a solid working knowledge of the team's scope, priorities, responsibilities and each associate's development plan. You'll also participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other internal teams to understand the broader business and use that knowledge as you make recommendations and/or decisions.
Mentor and Train. You will ensure that your team knows what’s expected of them, while helping to remove obstacles and provide opportunities to grow each team members’ strengths. You will motivate associates while providing continuous feedback on performance and coaching. You will help develop your team members' careers and coordinate any additional training as needed with leadership support. You will work with your team directly to impact engagement and drive results.
Support our Clients. You will represent ADP in engaging with clients both in the day to day as well as to address escalated issues, obstacles or complex requests. You will inspect process, output, and timeframes while ensuring that action plans are in place, and results are being monitored and communicated. You’ll partner with counterparts in other ADP product areas to provide coordinated service to clients and to participate in the decision making process in regard to how to best resolve client support issues and create best practices.
Flex and Adapt. You thrive in a structured environment where you set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up. You're a problem solver who can find an answer, or a solution, for time-sensitive issues and meet deadlines. You take the initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP. You have a pulse on what is going on with the team and clients and are forward thinking as you recommend and launch initiatives that will create opportunities to automate and/or streamline work.
