Job summary

Protos Security is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs. You will serve as the SME for benefit plan administration within ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity, payroll deductions accuracy, and excellent employee support.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, brokers, carriers, and third-party admins to manage benefits, leaves, reporting, annual renewals, and M&A system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive benefits administration in a multi-state environment.
• CEBS or CBP certifications preferred.
• Experience administering ADP Workforce Now Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and leave regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Administer ADP Workforce Now Benefits module, configurations, eligibility rules, and tests.
• Manage benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, and retirement.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment incl. system config, testing, communications, and audits.
• Ensure accurate deductions, vendor data exchanges, and timely issue resolution.
• Support leave administration and regulatory compliance reporting.
