Protos Security is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits. This remote role will act as the SME for ADP Workforce Now Benefits, ensuring data integrity, accurate payroll deductions, and strong employee support in collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Finance.

The position requires 5–7 years of benefits administration experience, ADP proficiency, and CEBS/CBP certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7 years of progressive experience administering employee benefit programs, preferably in a multi-state environment.
• CEBS or CBP certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated experience serving as the primary administrator of ADP Workforce Now Benefits or a comparable HRIS platform; ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
• Prior experience supporting benefit integration activities during mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, data validation, employee onboarding, and system implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, Section 125, ADA, and applicable federal and state leave regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage ADP Workforce Now Benefits configuration, testing, and ongoing enhancements.
• Configure, maintain, and administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, FSA/HSA, and retirement plans.
• Process elections, life events, hires, transfers, and terminations with eligibility compliance.
• Audit deductions, reconcile enrollment, and ensure timely premium billing.
• Coordinate benefit eligibility audits and maintain data integrity in ADP Workforce Now.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment activities and plan design evaluations with brokers and leadership.
• Support mergers and acquisitions with due diligence, data validation, and system integration.
