Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Benefits Implementation Consultant to partner with clients as a strategic growth advisor.

You will implement ADP’s benefits solutions, build expertise to optimize configurations, and drive satisfaction and retention across client portfolios. You will lead projects, coordinate with sales and service teams, and help clients maximize the value of ADP’s benefits offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a client service interface or systems integration environment.
• WFN experience required.
• Benefit Administration and Configuration knowledge.
• PTO Configuration knowledge.
• Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ADP's benefits solutions, combining analytics and project management to enable customers to use payroll products effectively.
• Serve as the subject matter expert to lead project team workflow and optimize configurations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering timely solutions within defined timelines.
• Resolve issues with initiative and provide accurate client setups with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with client project teams and ADP colleagues, offering input on process improvements and mentoring others.
