Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the benefit implementation process for new clients and ensure a seamless transition.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation, addressing questions and guiding configuration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll to align on processes and timelines.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and benefit regulations; identify improvements.
