Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits to lead complex benefit implementations and ensure exceptional client experience. You will mentor teammates, support process improvements, and handle high-complexity projects with regulatory awareness.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, and Integrations to ensure accurate configuration, testing, and go-live readiness, maintaining quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in benefit implementation, benefit administration, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and related programs.
• Proficiency in HR software tools, specifically PrismHR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the benefit implementation process for new clients from initiation to go-live.
• Act as primary benefits point of contact during implementation, addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Payroll, Integrations, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing knowledge on complex benefit scenarios.
