Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits, to lead complex benefit implementations and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will mentor teammates, guide process improvements, coordinate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, and Integrations, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Extensive experience in benefit implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of health, retirement and related programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex benefit implementations from start to go-live.
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, and Integrations.
• Mentor Benefit Implementation Consultants and share best practices.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements to scale methodologies.
