Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Benefits Implementation Consultant to guide clients through configuring and deploying benefits administration software. You will own discovery, requirements gathering, testing, and training to ensure a smooth transition to production.

The role requires experience with benefits programs and HRIS systems, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field; compatible experience considered.
• 3–5 years in benefits administration, HRIS, or client-facing roles.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and providing consultative solutions.
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, COBRA, FSA/HSA, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and requirements sessions to understand benefit structures and objectives.
• Configure and validate benefit plans, eligibility rules, carrier connections, and workflows.
• Manage implementation timelines, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Deliver client training and knowledge transfer for system self-service capabilities.
• Provide consultative guidance and best-practice recommendations for benefits administration and system optimization.
