Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead benefits implementations for new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our services. You will be the main client contact during rollout, guiding system configuration and best practices to deliver a superior experience.

Based on an on-site role in Chandler, AZ, you will collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll, while staying current on regulations and industry trends to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in benefits implementation or administration.
• Proficiency with PrismHR and strong knowledge of employee benefits.
• Experience managing multiple implementation projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the benefit implementation process for new clients and ensure a seamless transition.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation, addressing concerns and guiding configuration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and benefit regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and methodology enhancements.
• Ensure consistency of implementation practices across the organization.
