The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in benefit implementation, along with a deep understanding of employee benefits and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in benefit implementation or administration.
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefit implementation processes for new clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
