Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits (Senior BIC) to guide complex benefit deployments and ensure an excellent client experience. This role mentors teammates, supports process improvements, and handles high-complexity projects with a focus on compliance and governance.

You will lead end-to-end benefit configurations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current on federal/state regulations to drive successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in benefit implementation or administration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training; related certification preferred.
• Experience with PrismHR is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefit implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Provide expert guidance on configuration, eligibility rules, and carrier connections.
• Coordinate with Sales, Payroll, Integrations, and Client Relations.
• Mentor junior consultants and improve implementation methodologies.
