Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an implementation consultant to support new and existing clients with benefits administration software. You will gather requirements, configure settings, coordinate implementation activities, train users, and ensure a seamless transition to production.

You will partner with clients to troubleshoot issues, optimize system functionality, and drive successful adoption of software solutions to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in benefits administration, HRIS, benefits technology, implementation consulting, account management, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience coordinating multi-project initiatives and meeting deadlines.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and delivering consultative solutions.
• Familiarity with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, FSA/HSA, and retirement plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact during implementation, ensuring positive experience from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead discovery sessions to capture benefit program requirements and business objectives.
• Manage all phases of benefits implementation projects with testing and deployment.
• Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, carrier connections, and workflows.
• Coordinate timelines and communications between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Conduct system testing, QA, and UAT to ensure accuracy before deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide process improvement recommendations.
• Validate data imports, carrier feeds, enrollment workflows, and reports.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer for administrators.
