Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a benefits implementation consultant to guide clients through configuration, testing, and production rollout of our benefits software. You will align with client teams, document requirements, and drive successful adoption.

You will train end users, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate data, compliant setups, and smooth go-live transitions across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, benefits technology, implementation consulting, account management, or related client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience from kickoff to go-live.
• Leads discovery and requirements sessions to understand benefit program structures, eligibility, enrollment, reporting, and objectives.
