Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, based in Chandler, AZ, seeks a benefits implementation consultant to guide clients through configuration, testing, training, and deployment of benefits software.

You will gather requirements, coordinate timelines, validate data, and promote best practices to ensure seamless adoption and ongoing client success.

Strong HRIS/benefits knowledge, project management, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, benefits technology, or related client-facing role.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and providing consultative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients through the implementation process, building relationships and ensuring a positive experience from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand benefit program structures, eligibility, enrollment, reporting, and objectives.
• Manage all phases of benefits implementation projects, guiding configuration decisions, milestones, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and validate benefit plans, eligibility rules, carrier connections, and workflows for accurate functionality.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication among clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Conduct testing, QA reviews, and user acceptance testing to ensure accurate setup.
• Troubleshoot configuration, data, and system issues during implementation and post-go-live.
• Review data imports, carrier feeds, enrollment workflows, and reporting for accuracy.
• Deliver client training and knowledge transfer for administrators and end users.
• Provide guidance on benefits administration, enrollment processes, and system optimization.
• Document decisions, configurations, tests, and requirements for ongoing support.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and client adoption, identify enhancements, and promote satisfaction.
• Build relationships across teams to ensure coordinated client services.
• Attend webinars/trainings to stay updated on best practices.
