CVS Health is seeking a proactive Implementation Leader to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client benefit plan implementations. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage project deliverables, and ensure successful delivery of client requirements with a focus on accuracy and timelines.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and adherence to performance guarantees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Project management and Client facing experience.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to remain flexible yet focused during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on overall project deliverables.
• Ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify and address implementation issues.
• Serve as single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Coordinate resolution of project deliverables and related tasks.
• Develop and execute implementation strategy aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensure strategy aligns with performance guarantees and operational constraints.
• Evaluate client-requested exceptions and propose alternatives.
• Solicit and assess feedback to improve implementation processes.
