Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an implementation consultant to support onboarding and ongoing use of benefits administration software for client organizations. You will gather requirements, configure system settings, coordinate timelines, and train end users to ensure a smooth production transition.

You will also troubleshoot issues, validate data, and provide best-practice guidance to optimize benefits administration and reporting for multi-client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in benefits administration, HRIS, benefits tech or client-facing implementation roles.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and providing consultative solutions.
• Experience conducting system testing, troubleshooting and data validation.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs (medical/dental/vision, life, COBRA, FSA/HSA, retirement).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact through implementation, go-live and adoption.
• Lead discovery sessions to capture benefit structures, enrollment rules, and reporting needs.
• Manage project milestones, timelines and cross-functional communication.
• Configure plans, eligibility rules, carrier feeds and workflows.
• Coordinate testing, QA reviews and user acceptance testing.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to administrators.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose process improvements post go-live.
