Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits to lead complex benefit implementations and ensure an exceptional client experience. You will mentor teammates, support process improvements, and handle high-complexity projects with strong regulatory emphasis.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefit programs and administration.
• Experience with benefit configuration, eligibility rules, carrier connections, and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor peers and manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefit implementation from initiation to go-live across multiple clients.
• Mentor and support junior consultants and share best practices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, Integrations, and partners for alignment.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and readiness; manage risks and gaps.
• Stay current on regulations and industry trends to guide implementations.
