Qualifications

2+ years of project management and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

Direct all aspects of self-funded new business client benefit plan implementation.
Partner with stakeholders to address critical implementation issues.
Serve as single point of contact for implementation.
Coordinate resolution of project deliverables and tasks.
Develop and execute implementation strategy aligned with client expectations.
Ensure strategy complies with performance guarantee arrangements.
Engage team members to meet responsibilities.
Solicit client feedback to improve implementation processes.
