• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients.
• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to address implementation issues.
• Serve as single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Coordinate resolution of project deliverables and implementation tasks.
• Develop and execute implementation strategy aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensure adherence to performance guarantee arrangements.
• Engage teams to deliver on responsibilities.
• Evaluate and propose alternatives to meet client needs while minimizing operational impact.
• Solicit and incorporate customer feedback to drive continuous quality improvement.
