Job summary

CVS Health seeks an experienced implementation leader to direct all aspects of self-funded new business client implementations. You will partner with stakeholders, act as the single contact for projects, and ensure timely, compliant delivery aligned with client expectations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, address issues, and drive continuous quality improvements in the implementation process. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years project management and client-facing experience.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills across levels of the organization.

• Ability to express complex concepts clearly and concisely.
