ADP is hiring a Sr. Benefits Implementation Consultant to partner with clients in implementing ADP's benefits solutions and unlocking value from our platform.

You will act as a trusted advisor, combining relationship management with consultative expertise to support client success. You will serve as a subject matter expert on benefits configurations, manage project workflows, and drive improved client outcomes across deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years in a client service interface or systems integration environment.
• WFN experience
• Experience with Benefit Administration and Configuration
• PTO Configuration
• Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills

Aufgaben

• Implement ADP's benefits solutions and help customers use the payroll products with ease.
• Serve as the subject matter expert to lead project workflows and optimize configurations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery and ongoing engagement.
• Resolve issues with initiative and attention to detail, guiding clients through setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor less-experienced staff as needed.
